Closing the deal: I will prepare the rental contract, and make sure the payments (deposit and rent) are done accurately. I will do detailed check-in/check-out inspections and hand-over the keys.

I will help with setting up accounts to connect utilities : water, gas, elektra, internet
property management
Extra service: for extra monthly fee I will keep taking care of the apartment and solve issues reported by the tenants.
